The wedding day is June 29th, 2024. We would LOVE to have you all days! We understand that people may not be able to attend everyday and if you can't just let us know which days you will be attending and we will be so excited to have you.

Julia and Kamil will be staying onsite at the wedding venue of Rockwater Secret Cove Resort. We would love to have all of our guests together but we understand that you may have another preference of accommodations.

If you have questions about the wedding, the best way to get some answers is to email the wedding planners Samantha and Ghazaleh! ghazaleh@thebridalbar.ca Please do not contact the couple as they have hired us to take the stress off them during this special time. Please note that the wedding planners cannot book rooms on your behalf.

There will be an itinerary digitally sent to each RSVP via email after the RSVP deadline which is May 1st, 2024.

All allergies should be noted when you RSVP. If you did not list an allergy on the RSVP note, please send all allergy, intolerances, and food restrictions to ghazaleh@thebridalbar.ca and we will adjust the menu for you accordingly.

Yes! Please RSVP your children's names and ages so that we can accommodate accordingly.

Meals are served by the Resort and paid for by the couple during the following times: Dinner will be served at the Welcome Dinner on June 27th, 2024. Passed Hors D'oeuvres will be served Mehndi Cocktail Party on June 28th, 2024. Hors D'oeuvres will be served after the Wedding Ceremony on June 29th, 2024 at 2:00 PM. Dinner will be served during the Wedding Reception on June 29th, 2024 at 6:30 PM. Brunch will be served at 10:30 AM on June 30th, 2024 before you depart.

If you are staying at Rockwater, you will have complimentary use of the parking lot. If you are not a guest at Rockwater you can park your vehicle on the access road. There is signage to show where you can and can't leave your vehicle. If you have any concerns please call us at 604-830-2526.

There is a wonderful restaurant within Rockwater, but if you would like to explore other amazing food that this beautiful island has to offer there are more options below: In Maderia Park (13 Minute Drive) there are two great casual options, Aquí Es México and Mama’s Japanese Kitchen. The Grasshopper Pub is another option located at the Pender Harbour Hotel which is a 13 minute drive (Or Coastal Taxi Ride) away! In Sechelt (20 Minute) I would recommend El Segundo, The Wobbly Canoe - an additional 5 minute drive in Davis Bay - is also a local’s favourite. If you are feeling adventurous you can drive or take Coastal Rides to Gibsons or Sechelt which are two of the nearest larger areas with additional dining and sights to tour!

Yes, the hotel has a pool. Bring your swim gear just in case you want to take a dip! Towels are provided by the hotel but you can also bring your own. Beach sized towels are not provided by the hotel if you want to lounge.

When calling the Rockwater Secret Cove Resort, please let them know you are booking for the Lakhani-Gill Wedding Room Block otherwise the staff may inform you that it is sold out.

Breakfast is unfortunately not included at Rockwater Resort. There is the Seaside Deck Restaurant open in the mornings for a delicious breakfast, or if you have time you can drive into town for something different.

Rockwater is a very busy resort and they get a lot of phone calls. If you have trouble calling them, please email them at reservations@rockwatersecretcoveresort.com

If you haven't RSVP'd to the wedding on the website here then you will not be on the approved booking list. Please RSVP and allow 24 hours for your name to be added. This is to ensure that invited guests get priority at the resort!
